Thuzela Projects is the culmination of an Enterprise Development Initiative established by the firm, Rpm Consulting Engineers (a division of the Rpm Engineering Group (Pty) Ltd).
The premise behind the initiative is to afford long-serving disadvantaged staff members the opportunity to own, manage and administer their own mechanical engineering (HVAC) consulting practice.
Thus, by virtue of the past close association, Thuzela will continue to receive ongoing mentorship and technical support from Rpm whenever it is requested.
As a fully independent stand-alone Company, Thuzela will endeavor to provide a professional service to both the Commercial as well as the Retail Property sectors.
In doing so, Thuzela Projects is set to play a meaningful role in South Africa’s mainstream Consulting Engineering sector.
